A Workspace Manager is a role that can be assigned to any workspace member.
As a Workspace Manager, a user can view all cards, tasks, chats, and files created by any workspace member.
The Workspace Manager has similar permissions to the workspace owner and admin, except for the ability to delete.
This limitation allows delegation of process management responsibilities while eliminating the risk of the manager accidentally or intentionally deleting critical resources created within the workspace.
How to assign the role
The manager role can be assigned via Workspace Settings > Workspace Members > People in the workspace settings.
