Cards in Reports.re store everything related to a content item in one place, such as jobs, posts, files, and more, making it easier to manage and navigate your projects.
1. What Is a Card?
Each card contains everything connected to a content item.
- Stores all relevant resources and activity
- Allows access based on roles (e.g., manager, executor)
- Helps structure and centralize your workflow
2. Opening a Card
To open a card, navigate from the top navigation panel.
- Select Cards from the left navigation panel.
- A list of cards in your workspace will appear.
3. What You’ll See in a Card
Once opened, a card will show several informations:
a. Main Header Section
You’ll find several pieces of information in the header, including:
- Card type
- Title
- Group
- Creation Date and its Creator
- cID - the ID numeration within the group
- wID - the general ID numeration within the workspace
- ID - the numeration within the whole platform
- Last updated timestamp
- Activity logs
- Copy the card link or title
- Total chats
- Total file size
- Platforms where the content is published.
b. Jobs Section
- Displays job status and view cost records
- When opening it, see the what the Executors set their charges
c. File Manager
- Open the light file manager by clicking on the file indicator
You can use the light file manager to:
- Copy or open files.
- Store files of any sizes.
- Benefit from ultra-fast upload and download speeds.
d. Chats & Activity Logs
- Click the chat icon on the card to open related chats.
You can use the chats to:
- Communicate in a focused way for each job.
- Keep discussions organized and context-specific.
e. Activity Logs
- View activity logs by clicking the activity icon.
- You can track all updates and changes made to the job.
f. Posts Section
- Scroll down to the Post section which shows where the content has been posted.
g. Relations
- Part of: Shows the parent card the current card belongs to (e.g., a trip or campaign)
- Relations: Shows other related cards from the same project
- Consists of: Displays other cards or sub-content derived from this card's content, such as reels or shorts
h. Tags
- This section reflect all tags from included resources in the card, giving a quick content overview
4. Viewing Analytics
- Click on the views of any post to open detailed charts.
- Analyze performance trends across various metrics.
- Track real-time performance, including hourly view counts across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
- These charts provide insights into how your content is performing over time, helping you monitor engagement and growth dynamically.
5. Access Control & Visibility
Card content visibility depends on user roles:
- Managers/Admins: Full access to all card contents and resources
- Executors: Limited to jobs or assets they’re assigned to
- Keeps project data organized and secure
6. Common Actions & Adding Items
From the bottom panel, you can add:
- Related card
- Job
- Post
- Client
- Manager
- Note
- Tag
You can also:
- Use the "Add to this card" button for common tasks
- Use the three-dot menu for more advanced options
