Posts in Reports.re can have different statuses to help you organize, track, and manage your content workflow. Each status represents a different stage in the publishing process, from planning and scheduling to uploading and publishing.
This guide explains what each post status means and how it is used in Reports.re.
Important Terms
- Platform refers to a social network or any other service supported by Reports.re for publishing content.
- Post refers to a content item, such as a video, photo, live stream, or text post.
Post Statuses
Waiting
Used as a reminder that a content item should be published as a specific content type on a specific outlet and platform.
Planned
Indicates that the card is assigned to a specific schedule slot and linked to an outlet and content type.
This allows you to:
- See planned cards in the calendar view.
- Open the card directly by clicking the schedule slot.
Draft
A prepared post that has not yet been scheduled or uploaded to the platform. Draft posts can still be edited before publishing.
Scheduled
Indicates that the post has been uploaded to the platform and is scheduled to be published at a specific date and time.
On some platforms, such as YouTube, the publishing time can be adjusted directly from Reports.re.
Published
Indicates that the post is already published on the platform and its scheduled date is in the past.
Canceled
Used when a post is no longer needed or no longer exists on the platform.
Upload Setup
Indicates that the post is missing required information needed for publishing, such as an available schedule slot.
Upload Ready
Indicates that the post has been fully uploaded and is waiting for confirmation from the platform.
To Upload
Indicates that the post is queued and ready for the upload process.
System-Generated Statuses
These statuses are automatically generated by the system to reflect real-time processing activity.
Uploading
Indicates that the content is currently being uploaded.
Preparing Stream Profile
Indicates that the system is preparing the required streaming configuration, including:
- Streaming server setup
- File transfer
- Broadcast setup
Live Streaming
Indicates that the content is currently being broadcast live.
Upload Error
Appears when an issue occurs during the upload process.
You can hover over the status or error icon to view the reason for the error.
Uploaded and Processing
Indicates that the upload is complete and is currently being processed by the platform.
Uploaded and Ready to Publish Profile
Indicates that the content has finished processing and is ready for publishing.
Deleted
Indicates that the post has been deleted from the platform through Reports.re.
Recording Not Available
Indicates that the live stream was published on YouTube but no recording is available on the channel.
This usually happens when:
- The stream exceeds 12 hours.
- YouTube does not save streams longer than 12 hours.
