For example, if a video is uploaded to YouTube and Facebook, those platforms are highlighted. Other platforms appear muted, indicating the content has not been posted there yet.

Use Filters to Find Content Faster
At the top panel, you can use filters to quickly find specific content.
For example:
- Select "to upload" as the status
- Set the content type to "short"

Inside every card, you can access detailed information about the content item.

For published content, you can view detailed analytics by clicking on the views.
This opens charts with in-depth data, allowing you to track changes across different performance indicators.
You can also monitor real-time performance, including hourly views. Real-time tracking is also available across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

Track Files Through the File Manager
You can also navigate to the Files section to track your content files.
You can open a tasks, access the file manager, and browse the folders. From there, you can see which files have been posted and where they are published.
This gives you full visibility from file storage to final publication.
