Follow these steps to set up a regular schedule:
1. Access the Regular Schedule Section
- Hover the top-left navigation panel and go to Posts section.
- On the right-side panel, click on Regular Schedule.
- A list of existing schedules in your workspace will appear
- To create a new one, click Add Regular Schedule.
2. Choose Your Outlet and Content Details
Set where the content will be published and what kind of content it is.
- Select a Channel.
- Give the schedule a Title.
- Choose the appropriate Content Type (e.g., video, short, etc.).
3. Select a Publication Frequency
Decide how often you want content to be published.
You can choose from:
- Every Day – content is posted daily.
- Every Week – content is posted weekly.
- Every Month – content is posted monthly.
This setting helps spread your content to be published over a period of time.
Example: If you have 4 posts and select “Every Week,” one post will be published each week for 4 weeks.
Note: This step only defines how often content is published. The exact time and number of posts published in a given period are set later when adding time slots.
4. Define the Active Duration
Set how long the schedule should remain active.
- Pick a Start Date.
- Pick an End Date to set how many days, weeks, or months the schedule should run (e.g., 365 days).
This defines the lifespan of the automation, not the exact posting time.
5. Save and Add Time Slots
Time slots define the exact time and day content is posted.
- Click Save to save the schedule.
- Select the created schedule to begin adding time slots.
- Click Add Slot.
- Enter a Slot Name.
- Choose the Day and Time for publishing.
Example: A slot schedules posts for every Monday at 1 AM.
- Click the Check Icon to save the slot.
- To add more slots, click Add Slot again. You can define different days and times depending on the schedule frequency you've selected.
