1. Open the Publishing Task
- Navigate to the card where your content is stored.
- Open the task titled "Upload to Platform".
- Go to the "Files" tab.
2. Select the Video to Publish
- In the Files section, locate your video file.
- Right-click the video.
- Choose "Publish to", then choose your publishing platform.
3. Apply Title and Description Automatically
- Click the "Get Text" button.
- Choose the file containing your title and description and click "Save".
- The system will auto-fill the title and description fields.
4. Choose the Publication Type
Select a publication type for the content:
- Video
- Short
5. Configure Publishing Options
You can choose one of the following options:
- Publish now: Publishes the content right away to the selected platform.
- Schedule: Allows you to select a specific date and time to publish the content. Useful for planning ahead or aligning with a content calendar.

- Select a thumbnail image from your files and click "Save".
