If you're managing repeating tasks, Reports.re lets you create tasks in batch to save time and maintain consistency
Here are the steps to create them:
1. Access the Mass Task Tool
- Inside a card, hover over the "Add to this card" button.
- In the Tasks count field, define how many tasks you need (e.g., 10 for 10 languages).
- Select "Task".
2. Select and Edit Task
To apply changes to all task at once:
- Click the checkbox at the top-left corner to select all tasks.
Use the top row to set shared attributes that apply to all selected tasks:
- Click and set the Task Type.
- Click and set the Priority.
- Click and set the Status.
For task-specific changes (e.g., different languages), customize each task individually by setting its language tag.
💡Note: You can also edit each task’s attributes individually if needed—perfect for tasks that require unique settings.
3. Create the Tasks
- Click Create.
- All tasks will be generated and assigned accordingly.
