Creating multiple post documents one by one can take time and lead to inconsistency.
In Reports.re, Batch Post Document Creation allows you to generate multiple post documents at once, with support for different languages, AI-generated content, and reusable presets.
Getting Started
To begin creating post documents in batch:
- Go to the File Manager.
- Right-click and select "Batch Post Docs Creation".
- A setup window will appear.
In this window:
- Choose the target language.
- You can select multiple languages, such as English and Spanish.
- Set how many documents to create for each language.
For example, selecting 3 documents per language will generate 6 documents in total.
Adding Content
You can add content in two ways:
- Fill in the fields manually
- Use AI to generate titles and descriptions
To use AI:
- Click "Generate with AI".
- Select the AI model.
- Enter your prompt.
You can also save your prompt as a preset:
- Click "Save as new preset".
- Enter a title and set the order.
- Add a description and choose who can use it.
- Click "Save".
Improving AI Results
To make results more specific and consistent:
Attach images
- Click "Generate Based on Image" and select a file to guide the AI.
Use a glossary
- Define rules for how certain words should be used
You can:
- Create a one-time glossary for the current generation
- For example, avoid the word “track” and always use “Race Circuit”.
- Or click "Add glossary" and Save it as a reusable template with title, order, description, and user access
Generating Content
If some fields are already filled:
- You can choose to generate content only for empty fields
Once everything is ready:
- Click "Generate".
- The AI will fill in the remaining fields based on your setup.
Saving Your Setup as a Preset
You can save your entire configuration for future use:
- Click "Create new preset"
- Enter a preset title and set the order.
- Your selected options such as languages, AI model, and number of documents will be saved.
- Choose who can use the preset.
- Click "Save".
- The preset will be ready to be used.
Creating Post Documents
Once all content is ready:
- Click "Create".
- All documents will be generated at once.
- Each document will include a language tag to indicate its version.
Creating Language Variations from a Single Document
You can also generate new language versions from an existing document:
- Hover over the document.
- Click the "Translate" icon.
- Select target languages (e.g., German, Spanish, French).
- Click "Translate".
New documents will be created for each selected language
Organizing Files with Naming Presets
To keep files organized, you can define a naming format:
- Click "Create New Preset" at the file naming indicator.
- Enter a preset title and set the order.
Add a variable for File Tag Category and choose Language Version.
- Insert a separator such as a dash.
- Add another variable for File Name
- Click "Save".
- When you create documents, files will follow this naming format automatically
