You can create cards faster in Reports.re by using templates. Templates help you reuse the same structure, tasks, and settings, so you do not need to set everything up from scratch each time.
Create a Card Using a Template
To create a card using a template:
- Click "Create Card" from the top panel.
- Select "Use Template".
- Choose the template you want to use.
- Enter a card title.
- (Optional) Adjust the Count if you want to create multiple cards at once.
- Click "Create Card".
Your card will be created with the groups and tasks already defined in the template.
Set Up a Card Template
Before using a template, you need to create one:
- Go to "Workspace Settings" from the left navigation panel and select "Automation".
- In the Card Template section, click "Create Card Template".
Configure the Template
1. Set Card Details
- Enter a template title.
- Set a default card title. This can still be changed later.
- Choose the card type.
- Assign a group.
- Add clients and tags if necessary.
2. Add Tasks
For each task:
- Enter a task title and description if needed.
- Choose the task type (for example, Screenplay).
- Set the status and priority.
- (Optional) Assign a scenario if it fits your workflow.
- Add task tags (for example, English Language Version).
- Assign an executor.
- (Optional) Add partners and other clients.
3. Add More Tasks
You can continue adding more tasks to the template.

Save the Template
Once everything is set:
- Click "Add".
