How the Card Section Works

In Reports.re, all existing cards in your workspace are managed and displayed within the Card Section. Here's how to access and efficiently filter them to find exactly what you need.

1. Access the Card Section

  • Hover to the left navigation panel and click on Cards.
  • You'll now see a list of all cards, each containing its related resources within the workspace.

2. Use Filters to Refine Your Search

To quickly locate specific cards, use the filters in the top panel. Here's how to apply them:

Find Published Cards on a Platform (e.g., YouTube)

  • Hover and set the Task Filter and select a task type (e.g., like “Video Editing”).
  • Hover to the three-dot options, hover on Platform Filter and set it to YouTube.
  • Hover and set the Status Filter to Published.

This will show all published cards related to video edition jobs on YouTube.

Find Ready-to-Publish Cards

To view cards where videos are ready but not yet published:

  • Hover and set the Task Status to Ready (either from the filter panel or the status filter).
  • Hover and set the Publication Status Filter to Waiting.

This will show cards where videos are ready but not yet published on YouTube.

Filter by Tags or Outlet

To find content with specific topics or for a specific channel:

  • Hover and set the Tags Filter and choose relevant tags (e.g., “Brazil”).
  • Hover and set the Outlet Filter to choose a specific outlet, like “Sir Zane Vlog”.

This will show only the cards related to that topic or outlet, helping you stay focused on specific content.

Explore Other Useful Filters

You can further refine your card search using:

  • Card Type Filter – to select the type of card.
  • User Filter – to find cards assigned to a specific user.
  • Group Filter – to filter cards by group.
  • Priority Filter – to sort by priority level.
  • Content Type Filter – to set the content type inside the card.
  • URL Presented Filter – to find cards with or without URLs.
  • Search Filter – to manually search by keyword.
  • Date Filter – to filter cards by a specific date range.
