For viewing files, you can choose from several layout options including grid, normal, and list, so you can browse in the way that works best for you.

- Where the file is stored
- File duration, type, size, and resolution
- Where the file is published, with the ability to view the post and navigate directly to it
- When the file was created, when it was added, and by which user

Advanced Filtering in the Global File Manager
The Global File Manager makes it easy to find exactly what you need using advanced filters. For example, if you are looking for audio files for a video, you can filter by:
- Task type
- The executor handling it
- The group it belongs to

You can combine multiple filters to narrow down results further and explore even more options in the filter panel, such as priority, card type, outlet, content type, status, and more.
