By default, video editor exports files to a predefined folder, but you can customize the export path to any destination and even rename the export folder before processing. This guide walks you through how to do it.
1. Open the Export Settings
- In the Editor, go to the top-right corner.
- Click the "Settings" icon to open export settings.
2. Check the Default Export Path
- By default, the export path is set to the "Root" directory.
- Video editor will automatically create a subfolder named "exported-files" inside the root when you export for the first time.
3. Change the Destination Folder
- Click the current folder path to open the file browser.
- Navigate to and select your preferred export folder.
4. Rename the Export Folder (Optional)
To change the name of the export folder:
- Click inside the folder name field.
- Type the new name directly.
5. Export the File
- Once everything is set, click the "Export" button to begin exporting.
6. Locate the Exported File
After export is complete:
- Open the File Manager where the project is located.
- Navigate to the folder you selected.
- Your video will be saved in that location.
