Chats are a key way to communicate, track feedback, and collaborate within your workspace. You can access chats from different places whether globally, within jobs, or from specific card contexts.
Follow the guide below to locate chats efficiently using multiple access points in the interface.
1. Locate Chats from the Global Section
- Hover over the left navigation panel, then click on "Chats".
- This will open a list of all existing chats in the workspace including their status, topic, and associated card.
2. Access Chats from a Job Snippet
- Navigate to a job snippet view.
- On the right side, click "Chats".
- A list of all chats related to the job will appear.
3. Find Chats by Opening a Job
- Select and open any job within the card.
- You'll see sections for "Chats to Do" and "Chats Done".
- For a full overview, click the "Chat" section on the left panel of the job view.
4. Find Chats via the Job Section
- Hover over the left navigation panel, then click on "Jobs".
Once the job list loads:
- You can quickly view chats by clicking the chat icon on the right of each job row.
- Or, click to open a job and view all its associated chats from within.
