If you often copy specific details from a card, like its title, group, or ID, you can save time by creating a custom copy preset. This lets you copy only the information you need, formatted the way you want. Once saved, your presets can be reused anytime.
1. Access the Copy Custom Info Feature
- Hover over a card title.
- Click "Copy Custom Card Info".
- Choose "Create New Preset".
2. Set Up the Preset Details
Begin by defining how your preset should appear:
- Enter a title for the preset (e.g., Title-Group).
Set its order in the list:
- Use 0 to place it at the top.
- Use higher values (like 1, 2, etc.) to place it lower.
- If multiple presets hare the same number, they’ll be sorted under the one created earlier.
3. Build the Preset components

- Click "Variable" button to add a variable.
- Choose a variable to add to the preset (e.g., card).

4. Choose Who Can Use the Preset

- Share with workspace – all workspace members can see ad use it.
5. Save and Use the Preset
Once your preset is ready:
- Click "Save".
- To access it it, go back to "Copy Custom Card Info" and select your saved preset.
