In Reports.re, you can publish multiple posts at once using the Batch Publishing Assistant. This is useful when you have many files that have not been published yet.
With minimal effort, the assistant helps you:
- Publish posts across multiple platforms
- Create a card for each file
- Keep all posts organized and structured
How It Works
1. Create a Card for Batch Publishing
To get started:
- Click "Create Card" in the top panel.
Enter the required details:
- Card title
- Group
- Set type to "Folder"
- Add a task with the "Batch Publishing" type.
- Set the task status
- Assign an executor and click on the add icon.
- Click "Save".
The "Folder" type is used as a container to store and manage all files for batch publishing. It also keeps these cards separate from other content.
2. Upload Files
- Open the "Batch Publishing" task.
- Go to the File Manager and upload all files you want to publish.
3. Assign Language Version
- Once all the files are uploaded, select all files.
- Right-click and choose "Language Version".
- Apply the correct language (e.g., English).
This ensures each file is published to the correct outlet based on its language.
4. Launch the Assistant
- Select all files again.
- Right-click and choose "Create Card and Publish".
This will open the assistant where you can configure publishing settings.
5. Set Card and Outlet Details
Inside the assistant:
- Choose a card template
- Set a shared title or unique titles for each file
Templates help define the structure and automatically detect outlets linked to the group.
6. Set Posting Schedule (Optional)
You can define when posts will be published:
- Select outlets (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
- Select a schedule for each platform
- Skip time slots (e.g., skip 10 slots) to space out posts if needed
- Auto assign time slots after file are ready
This helps keep your content balanced and avoids posting similar content too close together.
7. Set Titles and Descriptions
You can manually enter or use AI:
- Click the AI icon
- Select a model
- Click "Generate Titles and Descriptions"
The AI will analyzes the file and provides suggestions.
You can:
- Click on the icon beside the field to choose from multiple options
- Regenerate if needed
- Regenerate the prompt for other results
8. Set Location (Optional)
You can assign a location to posts:
- Supported for Facebook and Instagram
- Select from the list or add manually
To add a new location:
- Click add
- Open Facebook Places
- Search for the location
- Copy the code from the URL
- Paste it into the assistant
- If the file already has location metadata, suggestions will appear automatically.
9. Finalize Publishing
- Click "Export" in the top-right corner.
The system will:
- Create individual cards for each post
- Publish them based on the selected schedule
